LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan said that his party would not let Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif rule the country after the month of Muharram.
“We will not hold any more jalsas due to the tense border situation as we support our armed forces,” Khan told a mammoth gathering of supporters at Raiwnd on Friday night.
“We will now go to Islamabad after Muharram and paralyze the government,” he said. “I will never give up unless Nawaz Sharif is ousted from power,” he said.
“We are going to give Nawaz Sharif time till Muharram to present himself for accountability,” he said. “We will not let the coward rule this country. We don’t accept Nawaz Sharif our rulers,” Khan said.
The PTI chief said that he would soon announce the date of Islamabad march.
“The stolen money have made Nawaz Sharif a coward, look at the walls they've raised around jati umra” Khan said.
“8.5 billions have been spent on the security of Nawaz Shairf's Jati Umrah” he said. “The staff that PMLN have employed for Jati Umrah, is double than US' white house” he added.
“Panama Leaks is not an allegation but a proof of Nawaz Sharif's corruption that is all out in open” he said.
“8.5 billion has been spent on the security of Jati Umrah” While doing this Nawaz Sharif broke following laws, corruption, tax evasion and money laundering”
“I ask the FBR, FIA and NAB's chairman, why couldn't you see all these proofs?” He questioned.
“I ask chief justice, this nation wants justice, respected Supreme Court of Pakistan” he asked.
“Begum Nawaz Sharif said we bought apartments in 2000 while Nawaz Sharif said we bought them in 2005. Then, here in 1999, Hassan Nawaz is saying that he had rented the Mayfair apartments and money used to come from Pakistan” he added.
“In 2012, Chaudhry Nisar said flats were bought 20 years ago, Nawaz Shairf said 7 years ago. Today West is ahead of us only because their institutions are so strong.
“Khwaja Asif says to the Prime Minister in assembly that don't worry that you're caught red handed, people will forget. They have appointed their own darbaris as PEMRA and PTV heads” Khan said.
“They control the institutions by making people like Najam Sethi Cricket Board Chairman. Tell me Pakistanis, when your Prime Minister himself is corrupt, how can he bring the money of the looters back?” he asked.
“First off, I want to make it clear that i believe in peace not wars” adding that “War is never the solution of any problems anywhere. When I met Narendra Modi in India, he agreed to me that we need to work together for peace” he said.
“For 26 years, human rights are being violated in Kashmir. “Narendra Modi proved that he is a prejudiced Indian and not a statesman” Khan said.
“I want to tell Modi that not all Pakistanis love money like Nawaz Sharif does” he said. “Modi also said, Nawaz Sharif speech in UN assembly was a forced statement on the behalf of Pakistani army” he said. “Narendra Modi you will have to give Kashmiris their rights which they're entitled to” he said.
“It’s the voice of Kashmiri people, no matter what, we'll support Kashmiris morally, politically” he said.
“I do not want to stay alive in an enslaved country. I saw my country being enslaved to American policies, when I spoke against that, I was labeled 'Taliban Khan'."
“When we can fix KP police in three years why Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif couldn't do it even in a decade?” he asked. “I challenged everyone to quote one big corruption case from KP?” he challenged. “My people of Pakistan, don't be disappointed, we'll fix this country” he said.
“They all agree Nawaz Sharif stole public money and I invited all the parties but they all had excuses not to join” he said.
PTI leaders Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Jahangir Khan Tarin, Asad Umar, former Punjab governor Chaudhry Sarwar, Arif Alvi, Imran Ismail and Khurram Sher Zaman addressed the gathering
